Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
- Non-attendance of the cooking lesson: due to some issues of Brown Sugars canceling the lesson refunds will be granted in full. If the client does not attend without notification there will be no refund. Claims for non-attendance must be submitted to our Billing department by email within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the order will be considered confirmed that you will be attending the cooking lesson on the scheduled date purchased.
- If the client is not present on the scheduled purchase date. Scheduled purchased date can be transferred if Brown Sugars is notified within 7 days before scheduled purchased class. Transferred purchases are granted upon availability. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support department. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful registration of the product purchase with no further right of redress or refund for a scheduled purchase. Failure to receive notification of any purchase or request for transfer within 7 days of purchase may result in a refund decline;
- For request of refund after the 7th day, there will be a 80% refund granted. Request for refund made 3 days before the scheduled purchase, there will be a 50% refund granted. Any request made after the third day before scheduled purchase will be declined.
